引领全球市场进入182时代 晶澳科技DeepBlue 3.0通过多项权威认证

日前,晶澳科技新品DeepBlue 3.0组件顺利通过第三方检测认证机构TUV南德意志集团(TUV SUD)认证测试,获得IEC 61215及IEC 61730产品认证证书,这标志着晶澳采用182mm*182mm硅片尺寸的组件(以下简称182组件)在设计、结构、材料、零部件及生产工艺等方面均符合IEC 61215 及IEC 61730标准,可靠性与安全性获得认可,可助力该款产品顺利进入全球光伏市场。

 

此次通过测试的DeepBlue 3.0组件是晶澳于今年5月推出的新品。作为首批拿到TUV权威认证的182组件产品,DeepBlue 3.0结合了新一代高效PERC电池技术PERCIUM+、掺镓硅片等多项高效率、低衰减技术方案,具备高转换效率、优异的发电能力和出色的可靠性表现。这款组件效率可达21.0%以上,72版型的量产功率高达545W,并有进一步拓展空间,可以有效降低度电成本,提升客户价值。为满足客户的不同需求,该系列产品为客户提供60片、66片、72片等多种版型选择,具有非常广泛的应用空间。8月,该系列组件已经率先投入量产,并具有强大的产能支持。预计到2021年底,晶澳182组件DeepBlue 3.0系列的产能将占到全部产能的50%以上。

 

近年来,全球光伏装机量稳步增长,对高功率、高效率的组件需求也在不断扩大。继去年的166mm*166mm规格硅片之后,今年行业又推出了基于更大尺寸硅片的组件产品,受到广泛关注。其中182组件在与全产业链的设备匹配度、技术成熟程度方面具有明显优势,其稳定性、高效率与可靠性,以及在制造端的成本优势、与系统端的高兼容性等都得到了充分的验证,可以最大程度降低度电成本,能为客户降低约7%-9%的LCOE (依据各地项目不同此数值有波动),是2021年实现最低度电成本的组件方案、助力平价上网的最佳产品。

 

作为应用大尺寸技术的优质产品,DeepBlue 3.0产品也已顺利获得欧盟LVD认证及EMC认证,标志着这一系列产品获得进入高标准的欧盟光伏市场的许可,为欧盟客户提供了优质的高功率产品选择。

JASolar’s New DeepBlue 3.0 Modules Earn Multiple Certifications, Product Based on 182mm x 182 mm WafersReady for Global Market

 

JA Solarannounced today that its new DeepBlue 3.0 series modules passed certificationtesting conducted by TUV SUD to the standards of IEC 61215 and IEC 61730. Thesestandards certify quality across various product attributes such as design,structure, materials, components and production technologies. The certificationdemonstrates the reliability and safety of the product line, and its readinessto be introduced into the global PV market. The DeepBlue 3.0 modules are builtusing 182 mm x 182 mm wafers (thus known as “182 modules”).

 

DeepBlue3.0 is a new product launched by JA Solar in May 2020. The module’s efficiencyis above 21.0%, and thepower output of mass-produced 72-cell typecould reach 545W. As one of the first 182 modules to get the TUV certification,DeepBlue 3.0 integrates the advantages of multiple high-efficiency andlow-degradation technologies including the new-generation PERC high-efficiencycell technology PERCIUM+, and Ga-doped silicon wafers, which enables theproduct having great performance in reliability, conversion efficiency, andpower generation. It could effectively reduce the LCOE and increase customerrevenue. Designed in configurations of 60-cell, 66-cell, and 72-cell, etc., theDeepBlue 3.0 series can be widely used in different application environments.In August, JA Solar announced the mass production of DeepBlue 3.0 products,with large production capacity planning. It is expected that by the end of2021, the production capacity of JA Solar 182 module DeepBlue 3.0 will takeover 50% of the company’s total capacity.

 

Inrecent years, demand for high power and high-efficiency modules has beengrowing across the global PV market. Following the launch of the wafer size166mm x 166mm last year, larger wafer sizes roll out this year and have wonwide recognition. Among them, 182 module has clear advantages in its technologymaturity and equipment compatibility with the whole industry chain, adistinction when compared to other large-size products promoted by PVmanufacturers. The product’s advantages of stability, reliability, highefficiency, cost advantage in the manufacturing part, and high compatibilitywith the system have been fully verified, and it can effectively decrease LCOEby 7% - 9% (the number varies based on the location of different projects), andis believed to be the best option to help achieve grid parity in 2021.

 

As ahigh-quality product designed with large wafers, DeepBlue 3.0 was alsosuccessfully certified by LVD and EMC, which means that this series of productsare approved to enter the European Union’s PV market. This market has highbarriers to entry for PV products and thus, DeepBlue 3.0 offers EU customers anew choice of high-quality and high-power products.
